William Young

William Young is a seasoned professional in the ticketing and events industry, currently serving as a Ticket Support Specialist at The Jockey Club since November 2022. Previously, William held various positions including Client Account Manager (Music) at Ticketmaster, Ticketing Operations Assistant at Ambassador Theatre Group, and Box Office Supervisor at Wembley Stadium. With experience in customer relations as an Events Customer Coordinator at StubHub and roles in ticketing at Wembley Stadium and Ticketmaster, William has developed a robust skill set in ticketing operations and customer service. William holds a Master’s Degree in Music Industry Management & Artist Development from the University of West London, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geography from Kingston University, and a CertHE in Popular Music Performance from Tech Music School.
