Alexa Howard is a dedicated paralegal assistant at The Joel Bieber Firm, having progressed from an intake specialist role within the same organization. With experience in managing multi-line phone systems and organizing firm schedules, Alexa effectively handles client communications and maintains legal case status reports. Previously, as the Director of Student Events at The King's College, Alexa managed the budget for school-wide events and fostered community spirit during the pandemic's aftermath. Additionally, Alexa has excelled in student services, addressing thousands of inquiries and improving service delivery through cross-departmental collaboration.
