Caitlin Kirchberg is a development professional with extensive experience in arts organizations, currently serving as Major and Planned Gifts Manager at The Joffrey Ballet since October 2024. Prior to this role, Caitlin worked at the Harris Theater for Music and Dance from August 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included Manager of Individual and Major Gifts and various positions focusing on development and board relations. Previous roles include Front Desk Assistant at Chicago Ballet Arts and multiple positions at Dickinson College, where Caitlin earned a Bachelor’s degree in English, graduating Magna Cum Laude with Departmental Honors. Caitlin also gained valuable experience as a Communications Intern at the Italian American Chamber of Commerce.
