Lighting And Projection Designer For The Academy at The Joffrey Ballet

Cat Wilson serves as an Assistant Professor of Lighting Design and Lighting Designer at Point Park University since 2013, contributing expertise to productions such as "A Streetcar Named Desire" and "Urinetown." Additionally, Cat has worked as a Lighting Designer for Goodman Theatre since 2017 on "Yasmina's Necklace" and has significant freelance experience from 2008 onward. Notable projects include lighting designs for Kokandy Productions, The Joffrey Ballet, and Li Chiao-Ping Dance Company. Cat also holds a Master of Fine Arts in Lighting Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a BFA in Psychology and Technical Theatre from Tufts University.
