Andrew Ball

Andrew Ball is a Senior Human & Complex Systems Design Strategist at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Principal group member for organizational transformation strategy. Andrew is also a Design Advisor to Whiting School of Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, focusing on Healthcare Systems Change. In addition, Andrew works at IDEO as a IDEO U Teaching Lead & CoP Fellow, promoting design thinking to solve organizational challenges. Andrew was previously the Director of Human Design & Change at Cognitive Design Lab and has experience in course development and teaching at the University of San Diego. Andrew has a background in Learning & Organizational Change, Adult & International Learning Methodology, Economics, Business, and Management.
