Leonard Moss, Jr., ISP®, CPP, CHS-V, currently serves as the Chief Security Officer and Security Services Department Head at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since April 2020, overseeing comprehensive security support across the institution. Previously, Leonard held senior security roles at DynCorp International, including Senior Vice President Security, Facilities & Real Estate and Chief Security Officer, where responsibilities included global security operations across 36 countries. Leonard's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at NCMS, Inc., Agilex Technologies, Integral Systems, AAI Corporation, ATK, and Northrop Grumman, contributing to security operations and risk management for various high-stakes environments. Leonard holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration in Criminal Justice from National University.
