Norma Lee Todd

Norma Lee Todd has extensive experience in technology management and transfer, currently serving as the Technology Transfer Head at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since 2000, overseeing the intellectual property portfolio and technology commercialization. Previously, in various roles at the same institution, Todd managed the Safety and Quality Assurance Group for the Space Department and a diverse portfolio of technologies available for licensing. Prior experience includes working as a Principal Systems Engineer at Orbital Sciences Corporation from 1998 to 2000, where support was provided for the integration and testing of spacecraft. Todd holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.
