Odessa Howera is a Human Resources Associate at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where responsibilities include compensation and benefits support analysis, as well as assisting in new software development and implementation. Prior experience includes roles as a Server and Hostess at Looney's Pub, and a Student Consultant for the QUEST Honors Program at the University of Maryland, where Odessa collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to address real-world challenges and completed consulting projects for clients like Total Wine and The American Red Cross. Additionally, Odessa served as the Director of Event Planning for the Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity.
