Wayne Billups

Wayne Billups, MBA, PMP, CSM, is an experienced IT project manager currently working at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since November 2016, leading significant initiatives such as the implementation of DFARs controls and the deployment of Enterprise Box to over 8000 users. Prior to this, Wayne served as a Program/Project Manager at The MIL Corporation and a Lead Project Manager at Global Support Services, managing multiple projects within the OPM environment.
