Prior to this, William worked as a Lead Engineer for the STEREO spacecraft simulator system and held positions at Syntonics LLC and Corvis Corporation, focusing on oscillator development and optical network engineering. William's career began at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where initial engineering training took place, and included significant contributions to various NASA missions. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton, earned in 1989.
