William M Kroshl

William M (Bill) Kroshl, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple prestigious organizations. William M (Bill) is currently a Lecturer at the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Principal Operations Research Analyst at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory from July 1997 onwards. William M (Bill) also worked as a Professorial Lecturer at George Washington University from 2015 to 2020. Before entering academia, they had a successful career in the US Navy, where they reached the rank of Commander (Retired) after serving from June 1975 to October 1997.

William M (Bill) Kroshl, Ph.D. earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Northwestern University between 1971 and 1975. William M (Bill) later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Research at Naval Postgraduate School from 1986 to 1988. Finally, they attained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University from 2010 to 2014.
