Debbie Bocian has a work experience spanning from 1984 to the present. Debbie started their career at Morton College where they held various positions, including Executive Secretary in the Human Resources department. Their responsibilities included posting vacancies, maintaining databases, and tracking employee leave. In 2002, they joined The Joint Commission as a Senior Human Resources Assistant, assisting employees and candidates with questions and scheduling interviews.
