Kate Ranft

Kate Ranft has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kate currently holds the position of Director of Talent Management and Development at The Joint Commission since 2014. Prior to this role, they served as AD, Talent Management and Development at the same company. In 2020, they also worked as an Executive Coach at One Bird Coaching. Kate has a strong background in talent management and training, as evidenced by their role as Associate Director, Talent Management and Training at The Joint Commission from 2006. Kate has also held roles as a Green Belt, Certified and a Master Change Agent at the same company. Additionally, they have experience in education, having worked as an ESL Instructor at Oakton Community College and as a Tutoring Center Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Kate also served as a Board Member at NCLCA and a Visiting Instructor of English at St. Norbert College.

Kate Ranft obtained their Bachelor's degree in English from St. Norbert College from 1987 to 1991. Kate then pursued their Master's degree in English from John Carroll University from 1991 to 1993. After that, they continued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they obtained a PhD in English from 1994 to 2004.

In addition to their academic degrees, Kate Ranft has acquired several certifications.
