Kin Lee is the Chief Digital and Information Officer, as well as the enterprise Information Security Officer at The Joint Commission. In this role, Mr. Lee is leading enterprise-wide business digital transformation vision, the development and execution of information technology and business applications for The Joint Commission, Joint Commission Resources, and Joint Commission International. He also oversees technology strategies and operations that advance the enterprise’s high-performance operating environment in a secure and efficient manner.

Mr. Lee brings more than 20 years of extensive technology experience across a variety of industries including the technology, manufacturing, human resources, and financial sectors. Prior to joining The Joint Commission, Mr. Lee was Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Kforce. He also previously held leadership positions as Global Chief Technology Officer and Service Delivery at Aon, Vice President and Global Chief Technology Officer at ManpowerGroup, and Vice President and General Manager of Asia Pacific Shared Services at Honeywell. Mr. Lee started his career at AT&T Bell Labs as a Member of Technical Staff.

Mr. Lee has an MBA in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago, a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Methods from the University of Illinois. He completed executive programs at Harvard University and Columbia University and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
