Kristin Fox

Kristin Fox is a Subject Matter Expert at Joint Commission, managing 600 certified organizations and supporting various programs. Prior to this, Kristin was a Business Lead PSR at Edward-Elmhurst Health, where Kristin handled patient complaints, trained staff, and served as a point person for providers. Additionally, as an Intern at Applied Research Consultants, Kristin assisted in projects for clients and local businesses, providing recommendations for survey design. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of St. Francis, Kristin has a strong academic background to support their professional roles.
