Jessica Heinrich

Jessica Heinrich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles within the design and retail industries. Currently serving as a Builder Specialist at Daltile since August 2024, Jessica previously held the position of Design Studio Manager at The Jones Company by Castlerock from January 2017 to August 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Scheduling Coordinator at California Closets, Customer Service & Production Manager at New Era Fiber, and Customer Service & Marketing Manager at both New Era Fiber and Long Hollow Suri Alpacas. Jessica's career began with positions in retail, including Assistant Store Manager at Dollar General Market and Stylist at Ann Taylor Retail, along with owning and operating Floorz of Murfreesboro. Jessica holds an Affiliate Broker degree in Real Estate from Kaplan Real Estate Education, completed in October 2021.
