Anthony Cavalco

Anthony Cavalco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Anthony currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Jor-Mac Company since May 2023.

Prior to this, from 2017, Anthony has been a Member of the Board of Directors at OECHSLER Motion, Inc. Anthony also served as the CEO of Nicolet Plastics LLC, a TruVenture Composites Company, where they provided management direction and led the effort to acquire complimentary companies in the injection molding market. Anthony was in this role from April 2018 to June 2023.

Before joining Nicolet Plastics, Anthony was the President of Bluefish LLC Consulting since August 2016. Here, they focused on helping companies grow through new product/new market development and sales force improvement. Anthony successfully led growth initiatives and positioned the business for sale to a private equity firm.

Anthony also worked as the CEO of NET USA, Inc from December 2016 to September 2017. Anthony was responsible for leading change management for NET, a company focused on solving complex customer imaging applications for medical and industrial markets.

From 2012 to 2016, Anthony held various roles at Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc, formerly A&A Manufacturing Co., Inc. Anthony served as the President and Managing Director for Europe, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, new product development, and mergers and acquisitions. Anthony also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, leading the re-branding efforts and improving sales force effectiveness. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Business Development, focusing on acquisitions and new product development.

Anthony's earlier work experience includes roles at A&A Manufacturing Company, Inc as the Vice President of Sales/Marketing, Viking Electric Supply as the Automation Manager, Siemens as a Senior Account Manager, and Honeywell Microswitch as an Account Manager.

Anthony Cavalco earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Marquette University, where they studied from 1982 to 1985. Prior to that, they attended Brookfield East, although specific details about their degree or field of study are not available.
