Tracey Preece

Tracey leads the Finance and Procurement teams, providing high-quality financial management information and services. She is also responsible for the JRF investment portfolio and is lead Director for JRF’s social investment programme which is focused on reducing poverty and disadvantage.

She is responsible for leading the development of the financial strategy for JRF and JRHT.

Prior to joining in May 2018 Tracey was Chief Finance Officer for NHS Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group, and has held a number of senior finance posts in the NHS across Yorkshire and the North East. Tracey is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has a BA in Music Technology from the University of York.
