Yasmin Ibison is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation since April 2023, with previous experience as a Fellow at The RSA and as Programme and Partnerships Manager at Black Thrive, where significant focus was placed on addressing employment issues for Black people in Lambeth. Yasmin has held several trustee positions, including Lambeth Baylis Trustee at The Old Vic and Young Trustee at Kids in Museums, demonstrating commitment to enhancing arts accessibility and governance. As the Founder and Director of Critics' Club, Yasmin has facilitated cultural engagement for young people. Additional roles have included Youth Programme Coordinator at Artsadmin, Programme and Partnerships Officer and Deliverer at Franklin Scholars, and Participant Evaluator at Tate. Yasmin’s educational background includes a Postgraduate degree in Social Innovation from Year Here and a BA in Modern Languages from the University of Birmingham, complemented by an Erasmus experience in France.
