Ana Ruiz has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Ana began their career as a Certified Mental Health Technician I at the Illinois Department of Human Services in 2015 and worked there until 2017. Ana then joined BETHANY HOMES AND METHODIST HOSPITAL OF CHICAGO, where they served as a Lead Mental Health Counselor from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, Ana Ruiz joined Josselyn, where they have held multiple roles including Care Coordinator, Clinical Operations Manager, Director of Clinical Operations, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations.
Ana Ruiz has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Purdue University. Ana also holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
