Anna Lydka, MA, LCPC has a diverse work experience in the field of mental health. Anna began their career as a Teen Life Intern at Advocate Health Care, where they supported adolescent patients and their families. Anna later worked as an Intensive Outpatient Program Intern at Resurrection Behavioral Health, co-leading group therapy sessions for clients with substance abuse issues. Anna then gained experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Jewel-Osco, where they assisted pharmacists and gained knowledge of prescription medications. Anna continued their mental health work as a Partial Hospitalization Program Intern at Alexian Brothers Center for Mental Health, providing counseling services and facilitating psychoeducational groups for clients with various affective disorders. Anna also worked as a Partial Hospitalization Program Therapist at the same facility, collaborating with a treatment team to meet the needs of clients through assessments, therapy, case management, and group work. Anna further expanded their role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Courage to Connect Therapeutic Center. Prior to their current position, Anna served as an Assistant Director at MaineStay Youth & Family Services. Anna is currently the Director of Clinical Services at Josselyn.

Anna Lydka, MA, LCPC earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Applied Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago between 2005 and 2009. Anna then pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with Counseling Specialization at The Chicago School from 2010 to 2012.
