Cynthia Morales

Cynthia Morales has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Receptionist at The Josselyn Center since September 2021, Cynthia previously worked as a Style Consultant at Target from August 2019 to September 2021, where effective teamwork and customer engagement were emphasized. Prior to that, an internship at the Mental Health Association GC in late 2020 involved remote collaboration and database management. Cynthia began their career as a Sales Associate at Tillys from September 2016 to August 2019. Academically, Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology and a minor in Communication from the University of Illinois Chicago, along with an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of Lake County.
