Joel Pazmino is an experienced pastor currently serving as Associate Pastor at The Journey Church since January 2023. Previously, Joel held the position of Lead Pastor at Encounter Church from August 2016 to April 2022, and worked as a Church Planter In Residence at New Life Christian Church from September 2015 to July 2016. Additionally, Joel was the Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Community Life at Centerpoint Church from October 2012 to April 2015. Prior to ministry, Joel gained valuable experience in the insurance sector as a team member at Lee Talbot Insurance, providing guidance to Spanish-speaking clients on various insurance products. Joel's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Strayer University, along with studies at other theological colleges.
