Les Hill is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the construction and utility sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at BF Joy, LLC, since January 2019, Les previously held multiple roles at The Lane Construction Corporation, including Director of Process Improvement, Fleet Manager, and Mechanical Supervisor. A veteran of the US Marine Corps, Les also has experience as a contractor at Solid Construction. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the American Public University System and a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence, along with an Associate of Arts in Pashto and Islamic Studies from the Defense Language Institute. Les is furthering education with a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering at The George Washington University, anticipated to be completed in August 2024.
