Jorge Contreras

Jorge Contreras is an experienced IT Support Analyst at The Joy School since December 2015, adept at addressing help desk issues for both staff and students, as well as resolving technical problems involving local networks and Cisco equipment. Prior to this role, Jorge worked as a Cashier/Bartender at Ragin Cajun Restaurant from January 2013 to January 2016, focusing on customer interaction and enhancing the guest experience. Additionally, during a brief tenure at Sterling McCall Ford in 2014, Jorge was responsible for the effective pulling, stocking, and transportation of automotive parts to maintain customer service standards. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from the University of Houston, completed in 2016.
