Susan Jackson

Susan Jackson is an accomplished editorial leader with extensive experience in content development, currently serving as the Editorial Director at The Juilliard School since October 2010. Under Susan's direction, the institution has produced the Juilliard Journal, earned a Webby award for its website, and developed over 100 performance programs annually, while ensuring the integrity of the Juilliard brand across various media. In addition to the role at Juilliard, Susan has worked as a freelance writer, editor, and content producer since 2007, contributing to various clients and publications, including Senior Planet and Mom365. Previous positions include Editor at Time Out New York and Managing Editor at Lincoln Center Festival. Susan holds a B.A. in History from Princeton University and an M.A. in Social Sciences in Education from Stanford University.
