Toniya Katsarov

Toniya Katsarov is an experienced professional in development operations and database management, currently serving as the Director of Development Operations at The Juilliard School since November 2019. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Data and Gift Processing at CMMB - Healthier Lives Worldwide from November 2017 to November 2019, and Associate Director of Database Management at The Breast Cancer Research Foundation from December 2015 to October 2017. Toniya also held positions as Database Manager at Equality Now from May 2012 to May 2016 and at Bend the Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice from November 2013 to November 2015. Toniya holds a degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on Management Information Systems from Novosibirsk State Technical University.
