Wojcik has an extensive background in manufacturing and operations, having served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Plant Manager at Hearthside Food Solutions from June 2010 to April 2021. Previous roles include Maintenance Manager at Shaw Industries, Factory Director at Wrigley, and Vice President of Operations at Nice-Pak Products, Inc. Robert Wojcik holds an MBA in Operations from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University.
