Raman Chadha

Raman Chadha is a distinguished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in leadership development and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and Managing Partner of The Junto Institute since 2012, Raman specializes in fostering emotionally intelligent leadership for managers and leaders in growing companies. Raman has contributed as a Volunteer DJ Assistant at KEXP since December 2023 and serves as a Speaker and Writer for The Standards Mindset, focusing on relationship-building and effective teamwork. Additionally, Raman has held advisory board positions at Topstep and Spikeball Inc., while also serving as a Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship at DePaul University from 2002 to 2016 and founding the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center. Prior to these roles, Raman was the President and Owner of Explorit Entrepreneurial Services from 1995 to 2003. Educational credentials include studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, The Junto Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
