Ashlee Schutte has experience in program management and research, with a focus on international development and immigration policy. Currently working at The Kaizen Company, Ashlee ensures financial and contractual compliance on USAID agreements. Previously, Ashlee conducted research on Central America and statebuilding at the University of Denver. With a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies and Spanish Language and Literature, as well as a Master's degree in International Development, Ashlee has a strong academic background to support their professional experiences.
