Jackie Baldyga

Jackie Baldyga serves as Senior Vice President at The Kaleidoscope Group, a Chicago-based Diversity & Inclusion consulting firm, since October 2003, where leadership focuses on enhancing D&I competence development solutions. Prior to this role, Jackie held the position of Director of Global Organization Development at McDonald's from 1987 to 2003 and worked as a Financial Systems Analyst at BP from January 1985 to December 1987. Jackie holds a Master of Science in Management & Organization Behavior from Benedictine University (2000-2003) and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (1980-1984).
