Christine Osterlund

Christine Osterlund, PMP, currently serves as the Deputy Secretary for Agency Integration and Medicaid at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment since October 2022. Previously, Christine held various leadership roles including Vice President and Project Director at Maximus from July 2017 to October 2022, and Deputy Project Director at Automated Health Systems from September 2013 to June 2017. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Account Manager at ACS Services, an employee of Xerox, from August 2010 to August 2013, and multiple roles at the Agency for Health Care Administration from August 2002 to August 2010, including Assistant Deputy Secretary for Medicaid Operations. Christine began their career as Outreach Support Services Supervisor at Benova from 1998 to 2001. Christine earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Buena Vista University between 1983 and 1987.
