Morris Bencini has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Morris began their career as an Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse in 1987 and held that position until 1992. In 2004, they became the President of Sunstate Remediation Services, where they served until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the FL Remedial Construction Manager at Amec Foster Wheeler. In 2016, they joined The Kearney Companies as the Chief Financial Officer, and they currently hold that position. Most recently, in 2021, they briefly served as the Chief Financial Officer at Evergreen Erosion Services until 2022.

Morris Bencini earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University at Buffalo, completing their studies in Accounting and Finance between 1978 and 1983.
