The Kectil Program Team at The Malmar Knowles Family Foundation is responsible for identifying, mentoring, and networking high-potential youth from developing and least developed countries. The team coordinates a year-long web-based training program, delivering monthly modules on topics such as ethical leadership, good governance, innovation, entrepreneurship, women's roles, youth employment, and environmental sustainability. The team also facilitates web-sessions, manages assignments, and supports online community engagement through a protected website and social media, ensuring continuous interaction and learning among participants.
