Annie Lascoe has a strong background in development and fundraising. Annie is currently serving as the Director of Development at The Kelsey, where they are responsible for advancing disability-forward housing solutions and leading advocacy efforts. Prior to this, Annie was the Director of Development at Accountability Counsel, where they achieved a 60% increase in annual fundraising and launched the organization's first major gifts program. Annie also secured significant grants and developed a Solidarity Fundraising program. Before that, Annie served as the Chief Relationship Officer at DIGDEEP Water, where they successfully grew annual fundraising by 400% and implemented a centralized CRM system. Annie also played a key role in redesigning the major gifts program and securing multiple large donations. Additionally, Annie co-founded Conscious Period in 2014 and was involved in the organization until 2019.
Annie Lascoe obtained a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in Associated Generalist Practice & Programming from Columbia University - Columbia School of Social Work in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies, as well as Italian, at Washington University in St. Louis in 2009, graduating with honors (magna cum laude).
