Douglas Menders

Douglas Menders has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Douglas began their career in 1987 as a Helicopter Pilot in the US Coast Guard and served in various roles, including Executive Assistant to the Assistant Comdt for Engineering and Logistics, HH-65 Helicopter System Manager, and Aviation Engineering Officer at Air Station Miami. In 2010, they joined URS Corp as the Director of Homeland Security Acquisition Programs, a role they held until 2017. Douglas then worked at AECOM/URS/EG&G as the Medium and Heavy Tactical Vehicles Support Program Manager. In 2018, they joined ACEL-AGILE CONSULTING EXPERTS, LLC as a Subject Matter Expert. Currently, Douglas serves as the Program Manager at The Kenific Group, a position they have held since 2023.

Douglas Menders attended the US Coast Guard Academy from 1980 to 1984, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
