Matthew Jacobs

Matthew Jacobs has had a long and varied career. Starting in 1999, they served as an Infantry Soldier for the United States Marine Corps. In 2004, they became the Building Services Manager for Premier Healthcare Management & Billing, LLC. In 2006, they took on the role of Owner for Allied Contractors Group. From 2008 to 2019, they worked for AK Steel Corporation, where they held various roles, including Section Manager - Melt Shop, Section Manager - Hot Mill, Maintenance Planning Engineer, and Maintenance Shift Manager. Since 2019, they have been the Services Manager for Charter Steel. Currently, they are the Plant Manager for The Kennedy Group.

Matthew Jacobs attended Sinclair Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Business Administration and Management, General. Matthew then attended Miami University Regionals from 2010 to 2011. In 2018, they obtained a Red Cross Instructor Training - First Aid, CPR, AED certification from the American Red Cross. In 2019, they obtained a Radiation Safety Officer certification from Nevada Technical Associates. In 2022, they obtained an Advanced Management Certificate from Weatherhead Executive Education.
