Kate McLaren

Kate McLaren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational performance. Currently serving as PMO Change Lead at The Kennel Club since May 2023, Kate has also held the role of Vice Chair at The Agility Club since March 2017. Prior to these positions, Kate worked as Change Manager at Parkinson's UK, where responsibilities included establishing a change management office and assessing impact on change projects. Kate's background also includes senior roles at the British Heart Foundation, RSPCA, and a range of administrative positions in hospitality and finance, underscoring a strong aptitude for managing teams, supporting volunteers, and implementing significant organizational changes.
