Mary Rufenacht

Mary Rufenacht, RN, MSN, has over 15 years of experience in healthcare management. Currently, Mary serves as Manager of Commercial Medical at Kepro and Manager of Clinical Operations at Optum Health/United Health Group, where responsibilities include aligning team performance with strategic initiatives and managing referrals to various healthcare teams. Prior to these roles, Mary worked at Johns Hopkins HealthCare as Program Manager, where a new ACO program was developed, and as Director, providing strategic oversight for Utilization Management functions. Mary holds a MSN in Nursing Science from the University of Phoenix, a BSN in Nursing Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and a Diploma in Nursing from St. Joseph Hospital.
