Firdous Bhat is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in revenue management and reservations. Currently serving as the Reservations Revenue Manager at The Khyber Himalayan Resorts & Spa in Gulmarg since April 2022, Firdous has a proven track record in various roles including Assistant Reservations Manager and Executive Revenue & Reservation at the same resort. Previous positions include Reservation Team Leader at Park Hyatt Hyderabad and Mercure Lavasa, with a foundational role in Revenue and Reservations at The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa from 2013 to 2015.
