Rob Lawlor

Robert Lawlor currently serves as the Group Sales Representative for The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts since September 2021, transitioning from backup support for Group Sales. Prior to this, Robert has held various roles at Ticket Philadelphia, beginning as a Patron Services Associate in 2018 and progressing to Patron Services Representative in March 2020, where responsibilities included supervising shifts and assisting with patron inquiries. Robert's career in customer service began at Staples, serving as a Sales and Copy Center Associate from March 2014 to May 2016, recognized for outstanding customer service and expertise in the copy center. Throughout the professional journey, Robert has demonstrated a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and organizational support within the arts and cultural sector.
