Justin Miclat

Justin Miclat serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Kinetic Group, a leading talent management firm focused on livestreaming, gaming, and esports. Under Justin's leadership since September 2018, the firm has represented a diverse roster of talent with a combined social reach exceeding 60 million fans and has garnered recognition in major publications such as Sports Illustrated and ESPN. Prior to this role, Justin held positions as Manager of Partnerships at Addition LLC and worked in Corporate Partnerships for the LA Clippers. Justin holds a Juris Doctor degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of San Diego School of Law, completed a Summer Sports Law Institute at the University of Oregon School of Law, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
