Alyssa Janicke Ma

Alyssa Janicke, MA, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at The Kinetic Co., Inc. since December 2021. Previously, Alyssa held the roles of Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator at Timber Creek, an FCA Packaging Brand from March 2019 to December 2021. Prior experience includes Integrated Care Manager and Residential Coordinator positions at Whole Health Clinical Group from May 2015 to March 2019, and a Human Resources Intern role at Aurora Health Care in early 2015. Alyssa began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Willowcrest Care Center from May 2012 to May 2015 and also worked as a Supervisor at Carroll University Athletic Facility while earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Carroll University in 2015. Alyssa completed a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Adler University in 2018.
