Bethany Pickett Shah is an attorney at Jackson Walker, LLP in Houston, where she specializes in complex commercial litigation and government investigations. Before joining Jackson Walker, she served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Texas, Deputy Associate Counsel to the President, and Counsel in the Civil Rights Division and in the Office of Legal Policy in the Department of Justice. She was awarded the Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award for her work on the confirmation of Justice Kavanaugh.
Bethany is a 2012 graduate of The King’s College and a 2016 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law.
