Steve is the Global Ambassador for Lifework Leadership after serving as its president for twenty years. Lifework is known by marketplace executives and church leaders for its leadership development excellence and renowned communicators’ network. Under Steve’s leadership, Lifework grew from a group of 153 leaders in Orlando to a global community of nearly 5,000 leaders in Atlanta, Birmingham, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Cleveland, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, Mumbai, Orlando, Pretoria, Tampa Bay, and are now preparing to launch in Auckland, Amsterdam, Bangalore, Denver, Johannesburg, Singapore, and several cities in Romania.

Since 2019, Steve has been the Founder & Chairman of Lx Partners. Lx Partners is an executive network that multiplies the impact and influence of leaders worldwide. He continues to serve Lifework and numerous corporate and non-profit clients who wish to leverage his relationships and resources to advance their corporate missions. Steve has served and influenced executives from multiple companies such as Walt Disney World, Coca-Cola, Chick-fil-A, Red Lobster, Miami Dolphins, Atlanta Falcons, Darden Restaurants (including Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52), National Christian Foundation, Advent Health, King Price Insurance, Bigen Group, Orlando

Healthcare, CNL Financial Group, DeBartolo Development, Regal Marine, and numerous small businesses and non-profit organizations. He also provides relational wisdom for executives searching for an objective voice to edit all the other voices in their lives.

Steve has served numerous community organizations. He has served churches and non-profits/NGOs such as Willow Creek Community Church, Highpoint/First Baptist Church of Wheaton, IL, Discovery Church in Orlando, and The City Changers Movement. He is presently the Chairman of Sonlife Ministries and serves on the boards of The King’s College Board of Trustees and Open-Door Haiti/US. He also served for ten years on the Centra-Care/AdventHealth board.
