Joanne Dempster

Joanne Dempster serves as the STEM Curriculum Manager at The Prince's Foundation since May 2018, overseeing the STEM education program on the Dumfries House Estate. Joanne has contributed as a STEM Tutor, specializing in STEM education for primary and secondary pupils. Additionally, Joanne is an active member of the National Network for Outdoor Learning steering group and holds the position of Chair for OWL Ayrshire, promoting outdoor learning in Scotland. Previous roles include delivering outdoor science lessons as OPAL Community Scientist and engaging local communities with wildlife as a Community Engagement Officer for the RSPB. Joanne's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of St Andrews.
