Laila Shariff

Laila Shariff is a communications and marketing professional currently serving as a Communications and Marketing Executive at The King's Foundation since January 2025. Previously, Laila held positions as a Social and Digital Media Officer at both the Aga Khan Development Network and The Ismaili, where responsibilities included crafting engaging digital content and managing social media during a digital communications internship. Laila also gained leadership experience as President of the University of Kent Netball Society while simultaneously managing PR and communications for the society. Additional experience includes working as an Activity Instructor at Ultimate Activity Camps and serving as a part-time Receptionist at Travelodge Hotels. Laila holds a Master's degree in Marketing with a focus on Digital Marketing from Henley Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Film Studies from the University of Kent. Educational background includes time at Cranleigh School and The British School in New Delhi.
