Janet Wilson

Janet Wilson is an experienced Leadership Development Coach and Consultant at Creative Impetus Associates Limited, where since January 2004, the focus has been on facilitating transformational conversations with leaders in various national and global organizations. In addition to this role, Janet serves as a member of the ICF Ethics Advisory Team since April 2023, contributing to discussions on coaching ethics. Janet also holds significant positions including Managing Director at Creative Impetus Associates Ltd, Past President of the UK ICF Charter Chapter, and Leadership Development Associate at The King's Fund, engaging with leaders in health and public service sectors. Previously, Janet founded The Westcott Group Ltd, which aimed to enhance the capacity of public service organizations through tailored interventions, and held roles including Vice Chair of the Global Dispute Resolution Panel at the International Coaching Federation.
