Michael Bertozzi has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Michael started their career in 2010 as the Director of Culinary/Executive Chef at Concentrics Restaurants. Michael worked in this position until 2020. In 2015, Bertozzi served as a Restaurant Consultant at Mayo and Tomato. Currently, they hold various roles at The Kitchen Restaurant Group, starting as the Senior Director of Culinary in January 2022, then advancing to the Director of Culinary in January 2020, and finally becoming the Vice President of Culinary in July 2023.
