Cathy Felstein

Cathy Felstein has over 25 years of diverse professional experience, currently serving as a Treasury Assistant at Kitchen Collection/Le Gourmet Chef since March 2007, where responsibilities include bank reconciliation, license and permit processing, and data analysis. Prior to this role, Cathy was a College Instructor at Southeastern Business College from December 1998 to June 2006, teaching over 40 courses in Computer Applications and Office Management. Cathy also held the position of Office Manager at William U. Britton DDS from January 1991 to December 1998, managing accounts payable and receivable, insurance billing, payroll, and personnel management. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University, completed between 1976 and 1983, and a high school diploma from Paint Valley High School.
